It is on Calle Harinas in El Arenal, a few steps from the Maestranza bullring, and is one of the area's old-school tapas bars. It has a counter, a few tables and a dining room, and a largely local crowd, especially on bullfight days.
It is famous for its montadito de pringá: the meat, chorizo and black pudding from the stew pot, shredded and pressed into a warm roll. The braised pork cheeks, solomillo al whisky and spinach with chickpeas are also good.
