Before you go

How to see Gaudí's Barcelona

  1. Timed tickets

Every building here charges entry, and for the Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera and Park Güell it pays to book on the official site several days ahead.

  2. Passeig de Gràcia in one go

Casa Batlló and La Pedrera are on the same avenue. Go first thing or late in the afternoon, when queues are shorter.

  3. Gràcia in a morning

Casa Vicens and Park Güell are both in Gràcia. Take the metro to Lesseps or Vallcarca for the park and expect a 15–20 minute uphill walk.

  4. Palau Güell, off La Rambla

The easiest Gaudí building to pair with the Gothic Quarter and the Raval. Don't miss the rooftop and its mosaic chimneys.
