Before you go

How to see the monuments

  1. The Setas at sunset

The rooftop walkway has its own ticket. Sunset is the time to go up, when the light falls across the rooftops and the Giralda.

  2. Along the river

From the Torre del Oro you can follow the Guadalquivir to the Triana bridge. It's a flat walk of about 10 minutes.

  3. Casa de Pilatos

About 10 minutes on foot from the Setas, and usually far quieter than the Alcázar. A good alternative if the Alcázar is sold out.

  4. The heat

From June to September, see the monuments in the morning and at dusk. At midday, the shade of María Luisa Park or the cool of the cathedral are welcome.
